In case of change of plans or dissatisfaction, customers may cancel their reservations and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

CANCELLATION POLICY

Certain cancellations may attract cancellation charges.

Cancellation Charges for reservation

• Cancellations 15 days before the pickup time, will attract no cancellation charges.
• Cancellations between 7-15 days prior to pick up will attract cancellation charges equivalent to 25% of the gross price or full token money amount.
• Cancellations 2 to 5 days before prior to pick up incase of natural disasters or govt banned destinations or bad conditions at destinations will attract no cancellation charges. full token money amount will be refundable. Cancellation can be done by client side or company side both.
• Cancellation in less then 7 Days prior to pick up will attract cancellation charges equivalent to 50% of the gross price.
• On the spot cancellation before start of the Journey (or No intimation for cancellation, also called No Show) will attract cancellation equivalent to 75% to 100% of the gross price.
  

REFUND POLICY

Depending on the mode of payment of your order, Refund may involve deduction of transaction or handling charges as "Refund Processing Charges".

In case of payment via Paypal or Bank Wire Transfer Refund (to PayPal account if any) is possible without any processing charges within 30-45 days from the date of payment. In case of direct payment via credit card on Paypal, PayPal processing charges may apply.

In case of Payment viaPayment gateway, processing/transaction charges if any may apply for refunds. Refunds may take upto 30-45 days to be processed and credited to your account.

In case of bank transfer/cash/check deposit Rs.150/- per transaction refund processing charges will be applied.

In case of Cash Payment, the Refund will be made by Check send to your billing address, and Rs.100/- refund processing charges will apply.

In case of cancellation of the reservation the cancellation charges will be deducted form the payment received as per Cancellation policy, along with refund processing charges if any and balance amount will be refunded to you, preferably with the same payment mode as selected by you.
